These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Giovana's Wine & Spirits website and any orders you place through it. By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be 21 or older

This site sells alcoholic beverages. You must be at least 21 years of age to browse, order, or purchase. By using the site you represent that you are 21 or older. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required when you pick up your order. We will refuse to hand over an order to anyone who cannot show valid ID, who appears to be under the influence, or whom we reasonably believe may be purchasing on behalf of someone underage. No refund is owed for an order we decline to release for these reasons.

Orders & in-store pickup

  • All online orders are for in-store pickup only. We do not ship alcohol. Where offered, delivery is limited and arranged separately.
  • Placing an order is a request to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when we accept it, and we may decline or cancel any order — for example, if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or if we cannot verify your eligibility.
  • Payment is made in person at pickup unless we tell you otherwise. Prices are charged as shown at the counter at the time of pickup.
  • Please pick up your order during the pickup window. We may return unclaimed items to stock after a reasonable time.

Pricing & product information

We work to keep prices, product details, and availability accurate, but errors can occur and inventory changes. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct errors and to limit quantities. Product images and descriptions are for general reference; vintages, labels, and packaging may vary.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are being misused.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security, attempt to access areas you are not authorized to use, or purchase alcohol for anyone under 21. Automated scraping, probing, or attacks on the site are prohibited.

Responsible enjoyment

We support the responsible service and enjoyment of alcohol. Please drink responsibly, never drink and drive, and follow all applicable laws.

Chat assistant

Our website assistant provides general help with store information and product suggestions. Its responses may not always be complete or accurate and are not professional advice. Prices and availability are confirmed at the counter. Please do not share sensitive personal information in chat.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giovana's Wine & Spirits is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be limited.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, with a revised “last updated” date. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
